Aug 23: PLP Hosting Back To School Fun Day

[Updated] The PLP will be hosting a Back to School Fun-Day on August 23rd at Victor Scott Primary School from 12 noon to 4 pm.

A spokesperson said, “The Progressive Labour Party believes strongly in the value of educating Bermuda’s young people; they are the youth of today and the leaders of tomorrow. The summer vacation is almost over and soon it will be time to get back to school.

“We would like to invite Bermuda’s young people to come out and enjoy a fun-filled day hosted by MP’s Walter Roban, Michael Weeks, and Rolfe Commissiong. Festivities will include fun castles, music, and plenty of fun and games. There will be school supply giveaways for area residents.”

Update: Due to the inclement weather this event has been postponed to Saturday September 6th from 12:00pm – 4:00pm.
