Results & Photo Set #2: Fitted Dinghy Races
Peter Miller recorded three wins to open the 2015 Bermuda Fitted Dinghy Racing Season in the St. George’s Harbour on May 24th — the traditional opening of the Bermuda Fitted Dinghy season.
Miller, at the helm of Contest, won the Heritage Trophy, Anniversary Cup and the Leon D. Fox Cup races. Miller laid down the law in the first race putting a comfortable 2 minute lead on the chasing three boats during the first race of the day.
Tom Clarke sailing Victory recorded three second place finishes, while Elizabeth skippered by Jon Nichols and Owen Siese sailing Challenger both sank during the day.
