17-Year-Old Denies Violently Resisting Arrest
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 4], 17-year-old Stanwon Swan denied charges relating to an incident on January 1st 2016.
Mr Swan pleaded not guilty to driving dangerously, driving whilst disqualified by reason of age, refusing to stop for police, and violently resisting arrest.
Mr Swan, who had a bandaid type covering on part of his face, was released on $2,000 bail with one surety, and must reappear for mention later this month.
