Bermuda Golfers Win Kitty Michael Invitational

The Bermuda team put on an impressive display to win the Kitty Michael International Invitational Golf Tournament in St. Croix USVI, Low Gross Division.

The Bermuda team of Valerie Nearon, Katrin Burnie, Katyna Rabain, Cindy Radzlaff, Ann Symonds, Tracy Burgess, Liz Carpio, and Kathy Lloyd-Hines finished 14 strokes ahead of Puerto Rico, and also finished in second place overall in Low Net Division.

The top individual scores on the final day to lead Bermuda to victory saw Tracy Burgess shoot a 77 Gross Division round, while Katrin Burnie shot a 78 and Katryna Rabain shot 84. Burgess recorded a round of 67 in the Net Division, with Liz Carpio shooting 68, while Katrin Burnie shot 69.
