In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [“BSX”], One Communications Ltd. announced board changes, with Charles Jillings stepping down, and Alasdair Younie appointed

The filing stated: “One Communications Ltd. hereby announces that effective 24 January 2018 Mr. Charles Jillings has stepped down as a Director of the Company and Mr. Alasdair Younie has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company.
