Road Sobriety Checkpoints From Feb 8 – 10th

According to today’s [Jan 30] official notices, the Bermuda Police Service will be conducting road sobriety checkpoints from Friday, 8 February to Sunday, 10 February; with the checkpoints set to take place in six parishes – Hamilton parish, Devonshire, Pembroke, Paget, Warwick and Southampton.

    Is flagrantly violent people’s rights under the Constitution now the new norm as long as a judge gives his blessing. Is this now a police state and “never mind the Constitution”
