Conditional Discharge for Olympic Medalist
This morning [Jan 19] in Magistrates Court Bermuda’s only Olympic medalist Clarence Hill, plead guilty to a charge involving the use of threatening words but was granted a Conditional Discharge for twelve months. Human Rights Commission Offices Re-open
The Ministry of Youth, Families, Sports and Community Development and the Department of Human Affairs have advised that the offices of the Human Rights Commission [HRC] will re-open for business today [Jan 19]. Police Report: 47 Accidents Last Week
The Bermuda Police Service reported that during the week of Monday, January 10th – Monday, January 17th 2011 there were 47 accidents, with 24 resulting in injury.
