Fire Alarm Delays Start Of Magistrates Court
[Updated] The start of this morning’s [June 25] sitting of Magistrates Court has been delayed due to a fire alarm. The Court session was about to begin when the alarm went off at approximately 9.55am, and as of this writing [10.14am] we are still waiting outside.
There is absolutely no sign of smoke or any indication that there is an actual fire, and the circumstances surrounding the fire alarm remain unclear. We will update as able.
Update 10.19am: It appears to be all over now, and we are going back inside.
