Two Motorcyclists Injured In Two Collisions

A 45 year old man is recovering in hospital after crashing his motorcycle into a wall in Warwick, while a 37 year old man is also recovering after being injured in a collision in Pembroke.

Motorcycle Collision In Warwick

A police spokesperson said, “Around 7:35pm on Monday, November 3rd first responders were dispatched to a reported single vehicle motorcycle collision on Harbour Road in Warwick near the junction with Keith Hall Road.

“It appears that a motorcyclist riding along Harbour Road was injured after colliding with a wall. The 45 year old St. George’s man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was recovering in stable condition on a general ward.

“Inquiries regarding this collision are ongoing and any witnesses should contact Constable Whitney Wilkinson at the main police telephone number 295-0011.”

Motorcycle & Car Collide in Pembroke

Speaking on the second collision, a police spokesperson said, “Around 4:55pm on Monday, November 3rd first responders were dispatched to a reported two vehicle collision on North Shore Road in Pembroke near the junction with Grace Lane.

“It appears that a motorcycle was being ridden along North Shore Road and a car was being driven along the same road when the vehicles collided.

“The rider, a 37 year old Pembroke man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment. At last check he was recovering in stable condition on a general ward.

“Inquiries regarding this collision are ongoing and any witnesses should contact Constable Ashun Wolffe at the Hamilton Police Station on telephone number 247-1704.”
