Court: Man Denies Persistently Phoning Woman
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a 45-year-old man denied that he persistently telephoned a woman.
Maurice Harvey denied that between February and May 2016, without reasonable cause, he persistently telephoned a woman.
Harvey was given a trial date in December, granted $3,000 bail, and ordered to have no contact with the woman.
