Video: Sunday May 20th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
Over 100 people graduating from the Bermuda College; Flora Duffy winning the USSA April Athlete of the Month; students raising money for the Bermuda Zoological Society; and Tiara Derosa, Shaquille Dill and Dage Minors earning NCAA Division All Region honours in the United States were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, the Southampton Parish Council is offering scholarships, Bermuda won an International Snooker Team event, Deirdre Collins was named the 2018 Rhodes Scholar, and local hotels hired over 15 employees following the Guest Room Attendant Programme.
We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of Argo Group Gold Cup Sailing, Bermuda Open Cricket, the West Ham U19 vs Bermuda football game, and the Local Love Pop-Up Market.
