Court: 17-Year-Old Male Denies Sexual Assault
A 17-year-old male has appeared in Magistrates Court accused of sexual assault.
The teenager, who can not be named at this time for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to the single charge this morning [June 21].
The assault is alleged to have taken place in Pembroke on December 31, last year. The defendant was granted bail and will stand trial at a later date.
