Khyah Bagley-Pearman Wins Conyers Award
Conyers announced that Khyah Bagley-Pearman is the 2018 recipient of the firm’s Leadership Scholarship Award.
The award, which is valued at US$5000, is presented annually to a graduating CedarBridge Academy student who demonstrated leadership abilities through practical experience, personal reflection and community involvement.
“An exemplary student, Khyah graduated from CedarBridge at the end of June as the 2018 salutatorian, with a 3.47 GPA,” the company said.
“She won the Teen Services 2018 Outstanding Teen Award for Leadership, having been Deputy Head Girl at CedarBridge, head of the CBA Gavel Club and editor of the school newspaper CBA Chimes, among other accomplishments. Khyah, who has always excelled in mathematics, will attend Dalhousie University in the Fall to study Accounting.”
