The President of the Senate, in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 19[2] of the Parliament Act 1957, makes the following Order:
As the meetings of the Senate cannot for the time being be held in the Sessions House and Veritas Place, 65 Court Street in the City of Hamilton [premises] has been declared as the premises to be used for the purposes of the Senate, I hereby declare that the Third Floor of the premises will constitute, during such time, the precincts of the Senate; and such premises or parts of the premises shall, while declared as aforesaid, be treated for the purposes of the Parliament Act 1957 as the precincts of the Senate.
