Golf: BPGA Two Person Team Best Ball Results
The Bermuda Professional Golf Association continued its tournament schedule at the Mid Ocean Club.
The format was a Two Person Team Best Ball with each pro teaming with an amateur.
Tournament favorites Chaka DeSilva and Jarryd Dillas took top honors with a team score of 7-under par 64. Both players making their fair share of birdies proving home course advantage played favorites again.
In second place was Scott Roy and Jevon Roberts who shot a 5-under 66. Roy and Roberts were a few holes ahead of DeSilva and Dillas, and with all players being able to see live scoring during the round, each Birdie made by Roy/Roberts was quickly matched by DeSilva/Dillas a few holes later.
In a 4 way tie for 3rd were the teams of Dwayne Pearman and Kenny Lessur, along with Camiko Smith and Azeem Pitcher as well as Jeffrey Lindo and Craig Christensen, and Twilton Smith and David Smith all at 2-under par 69.
