Community 24 Hour Prayer Room On June 12
Restoration House Ministries International is getting set to hold their fifth annual Community 24 Hour Prayer Room virtually on Saturday, June 12.
A spokesperson said, “On Saturday, June 12th, the fifth annual and second virtual 24 Hour Global Community Prayer Room is scheduled from midnight to 11.59pm. We give God praise for The Anglican Church of Bermuda, Bishop Nicolas Dill, and DRE Ministries and Pastor of F.C.O.G. The Transformation Center, Rev. Dr. Deborah R. Evans, for embracing this vision with love, support, and direction.
“Our theme scripture this year is Mathew 5:14-16 – 14 ‘You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.’
“The pandemic has impacted and interrupted the world in many unimaginable ways. Last year, we transitioned from meeting at the Cathedral Hall to online. This year we will do the same.
“In addition, I will not provide prayer points, rather it was impressed upon my spirit to allow individuals or prayer teams to release the passion and compassion from their hearts to the world. Over the 24 hours, Prayer Partners may pray from 10 minutes to an hour; if they are led to return to pray more, they can. The Virtual Global Community Prayer Room broadcast lives on Facebook.
“on June 12th, we anticipate that the body of Christ will rise up to light up the world.
