BNA Women’s Summer & Coed League Results
The Bermuda Netball Associations Women’s Summer League and Coed League continued at the Bernard’s Park.
Women’s League
The Tigers edged the St. George’s Lady Colts 26 – 24. Jahtuere Trott led the Tiger to victory with 16 goals, Niasiah Berkeley added 6 goals, Azarea Mouchette scored 3 times and Kessiah Jackson scored once, Diara Benjamin was named the teams MVP. The St. George’s Lady Colts got 12 goals from both Nicole Smith, and Selena Bascome, with Coriah Simmons named the teams MVP.
In another close battle, the PHC Lady Zebras edged the BHB Angels 20 – 19. Selah Tuzo led the PHC Lady Zebras with 11 goals, Tyra Lyn Simmons added 5 goals, and MVP Vernicka Symonds scored 4 times, Donnisha Gardner scored 9 goals for the BHB Angels, Demiqua Daniels adding 6 goals, and Stacey O’Brien scored 4 times, Shantel Doars was the teams MVP.
The Stars defeated the North Village Lady Rams 22 – 18. The North Village Lady Rams got 14 goals from Jordyn Morris, both Keiazah Busby and Nevaeh Swan added 2 goals each, with Jada Richards named the MVP.
Coed League
The Storm Chasers defeated the BHB Angels 25 – 13, Sheldon Bahadosingh scored 8 goals for the BHB Angels, while Stacey O’Brien added 5 goals, Jamair Lewis Trott was the teams MVP, with Antoine Williams named the Chasers MVP.
