Marsh McLennan Donates $10K To Teen Haven
Marsh McLennan recently donated $10,000 in gifts, operational supplies, and food to Teen Haven/Teen Services residents.
A spokesperson said, “Marsh McLennan, the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people, recently donated $10,000 in gifts, operational supplies and food to Teen Haven/Teen Services residents. Teen Haven’s residential program offers transitional housing, counseling, and life skills training for homeless pregnant teens, teen mothers, young women ages 16-25 and their children.”
Wendy Augustus, Executive Director, Teen Services/Teen Haven, said, “We are grateful for this donation from Marsh McLennan. It has been tremendously uplifting to everyone at Teen Services/Teen Haven. We are thankful that behind every person in need, there are compassionate organizations dedicated to providing support, particularly during the Christmas season.”
The spokesperson said, “The donation allowed Teen Haven to provide Christmas cheer and support to young mothers and children. Each child received their Christmas wish list, and moms and residents also received gifts. The donation also included aquarium passes, bus passes, luggage, toiletries, and other operations supplies for the facility, along with a Christmas dinner. The donations were provided directly by Marsh McLennan colleagues.”
