30-Year-Old Man Injured In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old man was injured in a stabbing at a residence in Pembroke this morning [Aug 1].
A police spokesperson said, “Around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, Police and EMTs were dispatched to a reported stabbing at an Overview Hill, Pembroke, residence.
“Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a 30-year-old male victim who had sustained a stab wound to the chest. Officers provided first aid until EMT’s arrived.
“The victim was subsequently transported by ambulance to King Edward Hospital for further treatment of his injury which is not considered life threatening.
“An investigation into this matter has now commenced.
