Kempe Finishes 2nd In ILCA UK Championships
Sebastian Kempe recently participated in the UKLA – ILCA UK National Championships. In the ILCA7 Class, Kempe secured an impressive 2nd place, tying with 34 net points alongside the winner, Stefan Elliott-Shircore from Australia.
Throughout the event, Kempe demonstrated his skill by claiming victory in two out of the 12 races sailed, accompanied by nine top-5 finishes. Elliott-Shircore, the event’s champion, secured three wins and eight top-three finishes.
Additionally, Kempe triumphed in the Under 19 Division, distinguishing himself as the second youngest sailor among the 57 participants in the fleet.
