Hamilton Princess In Top 3 In Conde Nast
Hamilton Princess & Beach Club has been named the “top ranked hotel in Bermuda, within the Atlantic Islands category,” by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards.
A spokesperson said, “Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is pleased to report that it has been recognized by Condé Nast Traveler’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards, as the top ranked hotel in Bermuda, within the Atlantic Islands category. Its overall ranking is number 3 out of 15 of the best hotels and resorts, moving up from its eighth place ranking in the Awards last year.
“In addition, we are very pleased to see that two other Bermuda resorts ranked at number six and number 11, with Bermuda receiving first place, out of 20 islands, in the Caribbean and the Atlantic category.
“The Condé Nast Traveler 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards survey was made available through a secure website. This year, an astounding 526,518 CNT readers across the U.S. and U.K. voted during the period of April 3 through June 30, 2023, sharing their travel knowledge of the top hotels, cruises, cities, resorts, trains, airlines, airports, and more. Nominated candidates must receive a required minimum number of responses and a minimum overall rating to be eligible for a Readers’ Choice Award.
“Candidates are judged on a set of criteria relevant to their category, based on a standard five-point scale converted to a percentage: excellent, very good, good, fair, and poor. The average of these ratings determines the final score based on four decimal points, with two decimal points being published.
“The score represents the average of ratings a hotel received from respondents for all criteria relevant: rooms, service, food, design, location, activities/facilities, and value. The larger categories are further broken down, and within the hotels category Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is recognized amongst the Atlantic Islands region, ranking as number three, with a score of 96.59, up from a score of 94.84 in 2022.”
Tim Morrison, General Manager, Hamilton Princess & Beach Club, said, “We are over the moon that the hotel has been voted as the number three resort in the Atlantic Islands by the readers of Condé Nast’s Traveler. Our hotel colleagues have proven year over year that our commitment to high levels of service has landed with our guests. We value this achievement.”
The spokesperson said, “The 2023 Readers’ Choice Awards will be included in the Condé Nast November print issue, which reaches a circulation base of 3,200,000 subscribers, and via the Condé Nast Traveler online magazine boasting 6,000,000 unique visitors per month.”
“top ranked hotel in Bermuda”
Interesting. There is not much competition, but what competition there is (Tucker’s Point, The Loren, Cambridge Beaches) is serious competition.
