Video: Madeiros Scores Six Goals In Game
Bermudian footballer Jacob Madeiros scored a staggering six goals in May River Varsity’s 9-0 win away to Colleton County High School in South Carolina last night [April 11].
His feat equalled his school’s record and took his tally to 18 for the campaign.
The victory secures May River Varsity’s safe passage through to the play-offs with one regular-season game remaining. Madeiros is also the leading scorer in the region this term.
The 17-year-old, who plays for the Bermuda under-20 national team, captains his school in Bluffton, South Carolina.
