In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Sections 71 [1A] and 86 [1] of the Bermuda Constitution Order 1968, Her Excellency the Governor has appointed Ms Cindy Clarke, a public officer, to act as Attorney General for the period 29th August 2024 to 15th September 2024 or until any further Notice.
