Silvester Helps College Reach ‘Sweet 16′
Bermudian goalkeeper Peter Silvester has helped Connecticut College reach the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament after beating Franklin and Marshall College 2-0 in the second round at home yesterday [November 17].
Matt Scoffone and Elliot Spatz scored the goals for Connecticut, who face Kenyon College next weekend with a time and venue yet to be decided.
Silvester made several fine saves against Franklin and Marshall to ensure he kept a clean sheet.
