Basketball League: Kings & Wolfpack Win
The Bermuda Basketball Men’s League resumed action at The Berkeley Institute Gymnasium with a double header that saw a total of 195 points scored.
In the evening’s opening game, the Kings defeated the New Era Flyboys 35-27. Darae Smith led the Kings with a double-double, scoring 12 points and securing 13 rebounds. Vernon Lambe contributed 4 assists for the Kings. Raushon Tankard was the top scorer for the Flyboys with 14 points, while Jahmair Trott grabbed 12 rebounds.
The second game saw the Wolfpack edge out Caesars Pharmacy the Answer 67-66. Ajani Carey and Adam McDonald each scored 17 points for the Wolfpack, with McDonald also adding 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Napthali Smith led Caesars Pharmacy the Answer with 20 points, and Jamie Cedenio had 7 rebounds.
