Water Truck Slides Down Embankment
A water truck slid down an embankment this afternoon (Jan 11) on Cove Valley Road, St. David’s. Bystanders said the driver was not in the truck at the time of the incident, and that the truck was parked at the crest of the embankment and somehow started rolling down the hill until getting caught in brush. 28 Yr Old Man Arrested: Drugs, Cash & Gun
A 28 year old Pembroke man was arrested on January 8th after Police officers found suspected crack cocaine, cannabis, a large quantity of cash and a loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistol. 52 Accidents This Past Week
The Police have reported that there were 52 accidents during the week of Monday, January 3rd – Monday, January 10th 2011, with 14 of them resulting in injury, while 38 were damage only.
