Photos: Police Respond to Arrival of Carefree IV
Yesterday morning [Jan 21] the long overdue 31-foot Carefree IV sailboat arrived in Bermuda after departing the Dominican Republic over seven weeks ago. Bermudians Carlos Rogers, 41, and Kwesi Hollis, 36, had been due to arrive in Bermuda before Christmas, and searches had been carried out for the missing vessel. Two Accidents, Two Suspicion of DUI Arrests
This past Thursday [Jan 20] two men were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving following two separate accidents. Three Whales Spotted Along South Shore
Researcher Andrew Stevenson said three whales were spotted along South Shore today [Jan 22] moving slowly from Horseshoe Bay to the Reefs where one whale put on a display, tail lobbing, breaching and pectoral fin slapping for about an hour.
