Ticonderoga Breaks Off Gerova Talks
Broker-dealer Ticonderoga Securities said today [Feb. 25] it has ended merger talks with reinsurer Gerova Financial following the suspension in trading of the Bermuda reinsurer’ stock by the New York Stock Exchange.
