Severe Weather: Possible Tornadoes
This morning [Apr.6] the Bermuda Weather Service issued a forecast of severe weather that is expected to pass by Bermuda today and could include tornadoes.
They said “A severe weather warning has been issued for a line of rain with thunderstorms and strong to gale force winds with gusts to storm force. Within these thunderstorms is the threat for hail, squalls and isolated tornadoes. Showers and thunder will ease this afternoon as a cold front pushes to the east. High pressure will move through from the west tomorrow bringing fine weather and light winds.”
It is expected that the winds will die down overnight and clear weather is expected for tomorrow.

BWS has just issued a “High Winds” alert for the Cabinet Grounds in Hamilton Bermuda.
Spokes person (name witheld) said that a low pressure area has been given a name as the front approaches. Pre-season tropical storm “Burch” is set to arrive miday today and with high winds and force winds is expected to reek havoc along the perimiter of this location. Glad to hear that. Anyway, the Cabinet is bare looking for something to eat. And check out the damage the “Tornado” did to that house. Devastaion beyond belief and the surrounding area. I hope people come to thier aid.
