Jasmine Brunson & Flora Duffy Win Bronze Medals

Jasmine Brunson won the bronze medal at NACAC Championships in Mexico, while Flora Duffy also won a bronze medal at the Edmonton Triathlon in Canada.

Ms Brunson finished third during the Women’s Triple Jump with a leap of 12.62m, Americans Andrea Geubelle and Michelle Jenije finished first and second, meanwhile Allison Outerbridge finished 6th with a leap of 12.01m.

Canadian female triathletes claimed gold and silver in the the Edmonton Triathlon, with Bermuda’s Flora Duffy taking Bronze to prevent a Canadian podium sweep.

Campbell won in a time of 1:04:42, Brault was next across the line ten seconds back in a time of 1:04:52 and Duffy finished a further four seconds back in 1:04:56. Duffy was out of the water in a time of 8:41, she then recorded a time of 37:19 on the Bike Course and then covered the Run course in a time of 17:38.
