“Technical Issues” At Planning Department
The Department of Planning said they wish to advise the public that “due to recent Government network outages, their geographical information and file management system, the Bermuda Environmental Management Information System [BEMIS] has been experiencing technical issues.
“As a result, some of the file management functions relating to the processing of applications, such as the printing of building permits, have been affected and the Department is currently unable to print such documents.
“The Department apologizes for any inconvenience caused,” a spokesperson said.
