Man Sentenced To 10 Days For Assaulting Wife
This morning [Sept 12] Stuart Lottimore, 46, was sentenced to ten days in prison for assaulting his wife and breaking her glasses.
The assault happened on 19th July, and he pleaded guilty on 25th July and has been remanded into custody while a Social Inquiry Report was prepared.
In this morning’s judgment, Senior Magistrate Archie Warner also put Mr Lotiimore on two years probation with conditions attached including submitting to random drug testing, taking an Anger Management course as well as any rehabilitation programs as directed by Court Services.
During his first appearance back in July, the Court heard the incident started after Mr Lottimore’s wife saw another woman entering her husband’s car, and ended with Mr Lottimore assaulting hisDuring that appearance, he told the Magistrate he wanted a divorce and said that he “can get plenty of women.”

I can’t believe he really had the nerve to say that to the magistrate, he should be apologizing for his actions! I hope he’s able to sort himself out through counciling because he sounds like a real nut case.
