Injured Rider Moved From ICU To General Ward

The 29-year-old man who was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a rental cycle on Tuesday [Oct 8] on South Road in Paget is now in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital. He was originally listed in critical condition in the ICU.

A police spokesperson said, “At last check the 29 year old Pembroke man apparently seriously injured when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a rental cycle around 8:20pm Tuesday, October 8th on South Road in Paget was in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital.

“Inquiries into this collision are ongoing and any witnesses that have not already come forward are encouraged to contact PC Milen Simons on 295-0011.”
