Man Denies Stealing iPhone, Louis Vuitton Bag

September 9, 2014

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept 9], a 51 year old man denied stealing an iPhone and a Louis Vuitton handbag from a woman in February 2014; and also pleaded not guilty to the alternate charge of receiving the iPhone and handbag knowing them to be stolen

With the Court’s agreement, these two charges against Marvin Woolridge will now be amalgamated with four other charges from a previous Court appearance on 6th August 2014.

At that appearance Mr Woolridge plead not guilty to charges alleging the theft or receipt of over $5,000 in cash; four boxes of chicken legs and a power saw.

Magistrate Juan Wolffe set 23rd September as a Mention date, and extended Mr Woolridge’s already in place bail of $2,000.
