HSBC Card Terminal Outages Affect Merchants

After reports that HSBC card terminals recently crashed, the bank confirmed they “are currently experiencing credit card terminal outages which are affecting merchants island wide.”

“Our merchant services team is working diligently to address the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing our customers,” added an HSBC Bermuda spokesperson.
