Photos & Results: Goslings To Fairmont Race

Chris Estwanik and Deon Breary are the 2016 Goslings to Fairmont Southampton champions following racing on Sunday morning [Jan 10]. Quincy Kuzyk and Lynsey Palmer are the Male and Female Junior Champions.

Estwanik led from start to finish crossed the line in a time of 37:11, Spencer Butterfield was second with a time of 42:32 and Neil De Ste Croix rounded out the podium clocking a time of 44:47.

Breary was the seventh runner to cross the line recording a time of 47:04, Gayle Lindsay was the second female finisher and 16th overall clocking 50:18 and Krista Dyer was the third female finisher clocking a time of 50:54 finishing 17th overall.

Kuzyk battled Ryan Outerbridge onto the Fairmont property, but he was able to out leg Outerbridge recording a winning time of 8:45, with Outerbridge clocking 8:50 and Tommy Marshall finished third in 9:14.

Palmer was 5th overall with a time of 9:33, Jessie Marshall was the 6th runner to cross the line and the second female with a time of 9:59 and the next runner to cross the line had the same time, but Holly Bruton was judged to be 7th overall.

Mike Watson has taken Bermuda Race Walking to a new level when he put almost nine minus on the field crossing the line in a time of 1:11:55.
