Court: Man Denies Stealing Fendi Roma Bag
Appearing in Magistrates Court, a senior citizen denied stealing a designer handbag from a Front Street store.
Sinclair Fox pleaded not guilty to stealing a Fendi Roma handbag valued at just over $1,600 from a store on Front Street in Hamilton.
He also denied that he had stolen a Santander [UK bank] debit card that belonged to another person.
Mr Fox was granted bail, and Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe set a mention date of 23rd September, and a trial date in December.
