Disney To Make Inaugural Visit On Saturday
The Disney Magic is set to make her inaugural call to Bermuda on Saturday [Oct 6], marking the first time the iconic brand will visit the island.
The cruise ship is scheduled to make five calls to Bermuda during this cruise season, and according to the 2018 cruise ship schedule, it will be carrying an estimated 2,376 passengers and 945 crew members for each visit.
Chief Product and Experiences Officer Pat Phillip-Fairn told Bernews, “We’re delighted to welcome Disney Cruise Line for its inaugural call to Bermuda this week and doubly excited it’s happening in October.”
“Disney’s five calls this fall are an important part of the Bermuda Tourism Authority’s strategy to lengthen the cruise season beyond the summer months.
“After a busy summer, tourism experience providers can extend their business opportunities around continued passenger arrivals.
“We know entrepreneurs have prepared to handle the demand because our team has been engaging with them for almost a year to ensure the island can provide the experience-rich vacation that Disney passengers are looking for.”
“At Disney, we love to create magical vacation memories for our guests, and Bermuda is without a doubt a wonderful setting for memory making,” said Disney Cruise Line.
Take them to the Gombey Festival this weekend! Disney guests would love it!

More “Mickey Mouse events”?
Let’s hope they keep Jamahl away. He can’t be trusted not to blow it.
With our Mickey Mouse Government it will be hard to distinguish the VIP’s from Goofy during the photo-op.
Ya talking bout Cole?
LOL
I think he talking about the so called officials you elected – you know, the ones that do not know what they are doing.
Thought that might wake you from your KoolAid induced stupor. Better Cole then Minister TT Milk.
Talking about Jamahl and the thoughtless insulting things he says.
Is the ship stopping in St. George’s?
If not, not interested
It would be great if locals could get a day pass on these cruise ships

Guess we will see the invisible MPs now for there photo ops.
