DeSilva-Andrade Finishes 4th In Sao Paulo
Bermuda’s Yushae DeSilva-Andrade continued representing Bermuda at the BISFed 2019 Sao Paulo Boccia America Regional Championships.
Playing in the Individual BC1 Division semifinal, DeSilva-Andrade took on Eduardo Sanchez Reyes from Mexico.
In the semifinal, DeSilva-Andrade went down 3 – 1. Reyes scored a point in each of the first three periods, with DeSilva-Andrade winning the only point of the fourth and final period.
DeSilva-Andrade then finished fourth in the division after going down 10 – 0 to Guilherme Moraes from Brazil in the third/fourth place playoff match.
