You think so ? One of those crashes was 10 feet away from a fatal crash that happened just 2 weeks ago . Every time I go through that area people are still tailgating , on their cellphones , speeding and passing .
I learned a long time ago that people here are totally incapable of learning from other people’s bad decisions.
It’s all in the news , everyone knows , they even know the deceased and the survivors and they still insist on driving like lunatics in the exact same places hours after the tragedy.
      Completely incapable of learning .

The police should be able to trace the owner of the car in Luke Pond’s Road accident from TCD by simply giving the plate number to TCD. If it is not the owner driving, surely he or she will know who was driving. Why don’t they think to do that instead of the useless statement ““Efforts to locate the car’s driver and any passenger[s] continues. Witnesses or persons with relevant information are encouraged to call Constable Kirsteen Brown on 247-1704 or make contact via e-mail kbrown@bps.bm.”
