Pursuant to sections 7[1][b], 8[1], and 58[3] of the Public Access to Information [PATI] Act 2010, every public authority listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Act shall submit to the Information Commissioner by 31 December 2022, the ICO 2022 Annual Return.
Returns should be submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Maxwell Roberts Building, 4th Floor, 1 Church Street, Hamilton HM11, or by email to stats@ico.bm.
