The full filing stated: “Please be advised of the following change of Company Secretary: Ms. Patricia Roufca has resigned as company Secretary of Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited and Mr. Mike Cottell has been appointment as the new Company Secretary effective 18 November 2022.”
