Video: Cal Field Hockey Team Defeat Bermuda
The University of California field hockey team defeated Bermuda 7 – 0 at the National Sports Center.
Cal scored in the fourth minute when Daniella Rhodes notched a field goal; two minutes later it was 2 – 0, with Rhodes scoring another.
It was 3 – 0 in the 10th minute when Sam Imokawa scored a field goal. Kitty Baccanello made it 4 – 0 when she found the back of the net in the 36th minute.
A penalty stroke in the 52nd minute off the stick of Kiki De Bruijne made it 5 – 0. Sophie Everett extended the lead to 6 – 0 in the 55th minute, and one minute later it was 7 – 0 when Olivia Sharratt scored a field goal.
