CAC: Bowlers Finish 7th, Hockey Team To Play

Bermuda’s bowlers came seventh in the men’s trios event at the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador, El Salvador, yesterday [July 2].
The island’s team of Carl Reid, Dayvon Tucker and Dennis Joell finished with 3,456 pins.
Bermuda’s bowlers, who missed the first three days of competition due to flight delays in Newark, return to action for the quintets tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the Bermuda women’s hockey team face Jamaica in a fifth-eighth-classification match today to determine their final place in the tournament.
