Thompson’s Bournemouth Set For Cup Final
Kenni Thompson’s AFC Bournemouth Women will look to claim the Adopt South Women’s Hampshire Senior Cup when they face Southampton Under-21s Pro Games Academy today [May 13].
Bournemouth, who missed out on promotion from the Women’s National League Division One South West despite finishing unbeaten, face Southampton at the EBB Stadium, the home of Aldershot Town.
Thompson joined Bournemouth from top-flight Spanish side Eibar in January, finishing the league season with six goals in 12 matches.
Bournemouth finished with 60 points, winning 19 of their 22 matches.
