BUEI Talks: ‘A Half Century Under The Sea’
The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] announced the upcoming BUEI Talk ‘A Half Century Under The Sea: 50 Years Of Diving In Bermuda’s Waters’ presented by Dr. Edward Schultz on Thursday, November 14th at 7.00pm in the Tradewinds Auditorium.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] is excited to announce the upcoming BUEI Talk ‘A Half Century Under The Sea: 50 Years Of Diving In Bermuda’s Waters’ presented by Dr. Edward Schultz. This exciting presentation starts at 7pm on Thursday November 14th at 7pm in BUEI’s Tradewinds Auditorium, which is wheelchair accessible.
“Bermuda’s collection of historic shipwrecks, sprinkled amongst its beautiful and perilous reefs, have been a life-long passion for Dr. Schultz. During his presentation, Dr. Schultz will share the exciting stories and remarkable photographs that chronicle his 50-year odyssey of exploring the wrecks around Bermuda.
“Dr. Schultz has truly spent ‘A Half Century Under The Sea,’ from his earliest days as a dive instructor to diving and crewing for Bermuda’s greatest legends. Dr. Schultz has frequently explored Bermuda’s waters as a crew member aboard the iconic vessels ‘Miss Wendy’ and ‘Shearwater’ in search of wrecks that had come to grief while traversing the Bermuda platform.
