Asia Hollis Leads Wheaton College To Victory
Tennis player Asia Hollis continued her impressive form, securing another two victories to lead her Wheaton College women’s tennis team to a 7-0 victory over Clark University in New England Women’s & Men’s Athletic Conference play.
Hollis teamed up with Laila Haraj-Sai in the number two doubles spot, where they delivered a decisive 6-0 triumph over Clark University sophomores Winifred Gakidis and Olivia Shipley.
Hollis then carried her winning momentum into the singles competition. Playing at number four singles, she secured a convincing victory against junior Merielle Kane of Clark University, winning with scores of 6-2, 6-3.
