Dashun Cooper Celebrates QPR Success
Goalkeeper coach Dashun Cooper was among the jubilant scenes at Loftus Road as Queens Park Rangers’ Development Squad lifted the Premier League Cup for the first time in the club’s history, following a 3-1 triumph over Brentford.
Cooper has held goalkeeper sessions for the club’s under-18 and under-21 players this season.
The Bermudian this year took the next step in his coaching journey by starting his Uefa Goalkeeper A Licence with the Scottish Football Association at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
Cooper, who already has his Uefa Goalkeeper B Licence and Uefa B Licence, is a full-time academy goalkeeper coach at Sky Bet Championship side QPR.
He has previously worked for Premier League side Crystal Palace as a goalkeeper coach at their Development Centre at Coombe Wood School in Croydon, London.
