Video: Sunday July 20th “Good News” Spotlight
News that Bermuda’s athletes won five medals at the Island Games including two gold medals in football, Ziafra Wade-Davis from the Accountant General’s Department earned the PSEA Award and BELCO awarded $190,000 in scholarships to 22 students were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
Other good news stories included 17 female high school students celebrated their completion of the She Leads: A Real-World Readiness Programme, Paradise Mobile has welcomed four new interns to its Summer Program, The Ex-Artillerymen’s Association donated $1,000 from their annual Mother’s Day Brunch and Kane Crichlow made a strong impression on his Sutton United debut, scoring a late winner.
