The Mixed Majors Bowling League continued its season at Warwick Lanes with the top two teams extending their lead and creating separation at the top of the standings.
League leader Spare Change secured a decisive victory over the fifth-placed Warriors, winning by a 17-3 margin. The result ensured the defending champions remained in control of the top spot.
Second-placed Unpredictable mirrored the result with an 18-2 rout of the eighth-placed Movers “N” Shakers, maintaining pressure on Spare Change.
In the contest for the final podium position, third-placed Fight Back defeated the sixth-placed Activators 14-6, which consolidated Fight Back’s standing among the top three.
The fourth-placed Thunderbolts also collected a crucial victory, edging out the seventh-placed Mix Ups with a 12-8 scoreline.
